● Developed iOS, Android, and Web apps using Swift, Typescript, Python, and Firebase.
Major projects worked on:
● Team Lead/Software Engineer. Velz App (July 2022–Sept. 2023):
○ App features: steps counting, visit history, geofencing, location recognition to identify when tourists are close
to landmarks, user authentication, and user accounts.
○ Client came with a design, and I organized the team to turn the design into deliverables.
○ In addition to the iOS app, the client needed a way to get curated data (e.g., landmark information, fun facts,
custom icons for landmarks, opening times, etc.) into our database (Firebase).
○ Solely responsible for developing admin dashboard apps (Retool/ Typescript) to allow clients' sta to enter
data to be uploaded to the database.
○ Team used agile processes: led sprint planning, standup meetings, and sprint reviews.
○ Bi-weekly progress report with the client (in addition to daily calls to touch base).
○ Released seven versions of the app (roughly every two weeks after v1.0).
○ Languages/ Tools used: Swift, Javascript/ Typescript, Mapbox (Swift API), Firebase (Swift and Javascript
APIs), Google Places API (Javascript API), Retool (JS/ TS), Git.
● Team Lead/Software Engineer. Footballplanner.co.uk (Sep 2022–Mar 2023).
○ Client came with a working website that was to be upgraded.
○ Led a team of one designer and one programmer to design a new front end for the client and implement it.
○ Frontend was designed with Typescript and React.
○ Needed to tie in code to the client's back end (written in Python/ Django).

● June 2020. FIPL Omoku Power Plant, Nigeria. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of High Exhaust Temperatures on a GE
Frame 5 Gas Turbine. Role: I&C Engineer.
● December 2019. FIPL Omoku Power Plant, Nigeria. Hot Gas Path Inspection, including Instrumentation Overhaul,
Fire and Gas Commissioning on a Frame 5P Gas Turbine. Role: Project Manager/I&C Engineer.
● September–October 2019. Ibom Power Plant, Nigeria. Repair of the damaged generator accessory compartment on a
GE MS6001 turbine and the re and gas system commissioning on a GE MS9001 turbine. Role: I&C Engineer.
● June-August 2019. FIPL Omoku Power Plant, Nigeria. Repair of a re-damaged MS5001P GE Frame 5 unit. Role:
I&C Engineer/Asst. Project Manager.
